Junior Java Developer – Job Description

Location: Ahmedabad Company: iView Labs Pvt. Ltd. Experience Level: 1–3 years Position Type: Full-time

About the Role:We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Java Developer to join our development team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications that power our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software.
Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
Work with databases, REST APIs, and version control tools like Git.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming.
Experience with frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, or Hibernate.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
Experience with tools like Maven, Jenkins, or Docker.
