How are consultants leaves and holidays managed?Any planned leave by our consultants will be communicated at least one week in advance. For immediate sick leave, consultants will notify as soon as possible. If the sick leave extends beyond four days, we can provide a medical certificate upon request. Public holidays will follow the holiday calendar of iView Labs. For priority deliveries, consultants may work on extra days or weekends on a commercial basis, as agreed upon and convenient for both the client and iView Labs. In case of a shortfall of working days, if clients require consultants to work on weekends or extra days, it will be subject to prior approval and mutual convenience of the client and iView Labs.
