Project: SF EC & ECP Implementation
Duration: From April 24 to December 24
Responsibilities:

  • Understand the system process and HR process to prepare the workbook for KSA, UAE, OMAN, Bahrain, Iraq and Kuwait.

  • Perform the configuration as per approved workbooks, along with country-specific globalization configuration.

  • For Nonstandard payroll drivers, I maintained the custom PCR and put it in an international schema.

  • Perform the configuration for EC to ECP point-to-point replication.

  • For the cost Centre replication, perform S/4 Hana to ECP replication.

  • PCR is written for the various custom processes like Overtime, Leave Accruals, and Cutoff date scenarios.

  • Create the absence valuation for the absence amount stored in RT.

  • Create a Wage type for all the respective countries and maintain the characteristics.

  • Maintain the constant using the table V_511k to perform the PCR calculation.

  • Perform End-to-end testing of around 72 listed scenarios.

  • Conduct the SWT session with the BPOs.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the whole system process and HR process to test and verify the objects.

  • Complete testing in all landscapes to validate the working of all objects.

  • Check the configuration for compensation and benefits, I.E., GOSI, EOS & Bonus calculations.

  • Compare the system and perform pre- and post-conversion activity.

  • Convert a 12 WEB DYNPRO application to a custom FIORI application.
